Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Corner Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Fresno, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
