Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Wilder Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
