Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
