Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
