Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Rook Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Anchorage and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
