Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Vista Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 963 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
