Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Medical and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
