Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fort Worth with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
