Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Birch Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of El Paso. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
