Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Loom Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
