Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Union Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
