Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
