Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
