Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Timber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 906 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
