Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
