Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Diego, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Families are partners. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
