Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
