Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Corner Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
