Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
