Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
