Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Nashville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
