Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Beacon Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
