Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
