Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
