Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Kestrel Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Jacksonville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
