Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Colorado Springs with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
