Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Sacramento, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
