Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meadow Pharma Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
