Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
