Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
