Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Loom Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
