Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Granite Markets Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
