Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
