Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Mill Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
