Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate West Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
