Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 478 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
