Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Foods Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
