Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Glen Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 306 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
