Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Maple Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
