Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Technologies makes precision components in Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 319 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
