Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
