Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around St. Louis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
