Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Antonio region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
