Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ivory Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
