Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meridian Foods and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
