Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Granite Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
