Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Ridge Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 229 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
