Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Richmond, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
