Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Hospitality Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
