Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Vista Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
